Our iTero scanners have faster processing and clearer imaging, transforming digital workflow and chairside consults, and helping patients visualize their new smiles. They significantly increase aligner fit accuracy with only 0.4% rejected scans compared to 4.0% rejected impressions, with seven times fewer fit issues.
The Cone-Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) extraoral scanner greatly reduces our patients’ exposure to radiation. This scanner uses a pulsed X-ray, which means a lower dosage for our patients. It also allows us to select 2D or 3D high-resolution imaging resolution imaging for a more accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
These amazing pieces of technology are just a few examples of how we invest in the latest orthodontic advancements to benefit our residents and patients. Our state-of-the-art clinic will also utilize 100% electronic records for maximum efficiency. Our doctors have access to all patient records with the click of a mouse, which proves extremely valuable should a patient contact us after clinic hours with an emergency. The doctor and clinical assistant will be able to review the records and assess the situation for resolution. Our treatment area includes top-of-the-line equipment that provides visual aids and computerization for patient explanation and education. We can walk our patients through every step of their treatment, right from the treatment chair!
DentalMonitoring utilizes AI and smartphone technology to enable dentists and orthodontists to remotely monitor patients’ oral health progress. Patients capture images of their teeth using a smartphone app, which are analyzed by AI algorithms. This allows for continuous tracking of treatment, reduces the need for frequent visits, and supports tele-dentistry for remote consultations and adjustments to treatment plans. Overall, it enhances efficiency, convenience, and patient engagement in dental care.
