Felicia Karsos

Mrs. Felicia Karsos is the Chief Nursing Officer of Hudson Regional Hospital. She has previously served in the positions of Chief Executive Officer and President. She has many years of experience in healthcare management, with a strong working knowledge of nursing and management, including critical care, pulmonary, maternal child services, medical/surgical, acute in-patient rehabilitation, perioperative services, case management, infection control, performance improvement,  risk management, and customer and patient satisfaction. Her background is in nursing. Her proficiency is Hospital Operations: Ancillary & Nursing Services. Her expertise lies in budget development, project management, risk management, and continuous quality improvement. She is equipped with strong leadership skills and is very committed to development through communication. She maintains membership with the New Jersey State Nurses’ Association (NJSNA) and Organization of Nurse Executives (ONE). She is a fourth grade Sunday school teacher and is involved with the GOYA youth organization based out of The Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Mrs. Karsos is also enthusiastic about being an active part of the community.
