Ronda is an Atlanta native attended college at the University of West Georgia. After school, she began working with the City of Atlanta Police for eight years. Ronda has always had an innate love of color, graphics, and computers, so she attended Auburn University for Graphic Design. After volunteering at the YMCA as Cheer Coach for 5-7-year-olds she began to see her love for empowering and teaching youth and thus changed her major to Art Education. Through this experience and others, she was validated in her love for helping students reach their goals and thus her love for the academic arena. She went on to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Faulkner University in Montgomery. After moving back to Georgia she quickly realized her heart was in academia which led her to her position with the Georgia School of Orthodontics.
