Dena applies her 30+ years of successful marketing, advertising, and public relations experience to the Georgia School of Orthodontics. As an orthodontic and dental communications specialist, she incorporates internal and external marketing strategies to connect with existing and prospective patients. Creating strong relationship referral building programs, managing the brand voice, and team training are critical keys to her success in generating practice growth. With 17 years dedicated to working with private and group practices, she served as the Director of Marketing for the largest privately-owned orthodontic practice in the US, where she spearheaded initiatives that increased revenue 141%. Dena’s diverse background also includes developing multi-media branding campaigns and communications strategies for Coca Cola, Chevrolet, Cox Media, and JMB Realty.
Dena graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and completed her graduate work at the University of Mississippi. Dena lives near Atlanta with her husband and enjoys playing tennis in her free time.
